Consistent with the Department of Energy's (DOE's) implementation plan for Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board Recommendation 2000-2, Configuration Management, Vital Safety Systems, I am advising you that a revision to the Nuclear Air Cleaning Handbook, ERDA 76-21, has been placed into the Department's directive system for DOE-wide review. This fulfills Commitment 23 in DOE's implementation plan.
