Consistent with the Department of Energy's Implementation Plan for Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board Recommendation 2000-2, Configuration Management, Vital Safety Systems, I am forwarding an initial Phase II assessment report from the Y-12 Area Office, Building 9215 Stack 3 Exhaust System. Initial Phase II reports from the remaining National Nuclear Security Administration sites will be forwarded as they are completed.
