Description: The Scaling the Summit Institute will explore the varied terrain of strategies, approaches, and projects to address recruitment, selection, and retention issues with child welfare staff. Participants will learn practical ways that have some evidence of success for addressing these critical issues in order to maximize their agencies own peak performance. The Institute will encourage and facilitate action planning by the team participants so that information learned at the Institute translates into results for the agency.
