If you are applying only for Children's Health Insurance and no other benefits, click here

Apply only for Medicaid for Youth Transitioning out of Foster Care: People who were in foster care on their 18th birthday and are now age 18 through 20 may receive Medicaid. For more information, call toll free 1-800-248-1078, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time.
