Jeffrey Stoltzfoos
Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions

Jeffrey L. Stoltzfoos serves as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions.  In that capacity, he provides counsel on key policy issues including all matters relating to financial institutions, government sponsored enterprises, financial education initiatives, the CDFI Fund, and ensuring the resilience of the financial services sector.

Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Stoltzfoos served as a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Rick Santorum.  In that role, he advised Senator Santorum on various policy and appropriations matters.  Previously, Stoltzfoos worked for Merrill Lynch & Co.

A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Stoltzfoos received a B.A. in Philosophy from Franklin and Marshall College, and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.  He and his wife, Jill, reside in Virginia.
