Marquis Kirk is in both the Electron Microscopy Center Group and the Particle-Solid Interaction Group in the Materials Science Division at Argonne National Laboratory. His research interests include TEM studies of defects in metals, semiconductors and superconductors, and their correlations with properties in bulk and thin film materials.
