SCG Training Staff provides a series of comprehensive courses designed for new surveyors, supervisors, State Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Coordinators and other State Agency (SA) staff members.

These courses are offered annually and designed to focus on the needs of those who have direct survey and certification responsibilities.

In addition to traditional classroom training, the training staff provides satellite broadcasts, computer and web-based applications, videotapes, train-the-trainer modules, audio conferencing and other instructional techniques.
