The Corps of Engineers at Proctor Lake is not accepting applications to hunt the Old Leon River, East Leon River, and Sabanna River wetland areas during the 2008 - 2009 waterfowl season. The Old Leon River Area is closed to all hunting for 2008 and 2009.
