TO A LACK OF ADEQUATE CORE STRENGTH AND WEAK STABILIZING MUSCLES.
THE BODY'S CORE (TRUNK AND PELVIS) IS THE CENTER OF GRAVITY WHICH
CONTROLS BALANCE, STABILIZATION, AND PROVIDES THE BASE FOR SKILLFULL
MOVEMENT. WITHOUT EXCELLENT CORE STRENGTH, MARINES ARE AT RISK FOR
INJURIES AND POOR PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE. MARINES CAN DEVELOP THE
CORE STRENGTH THEY NEED THROUGH BALANCE AND STABILIZATION TRAINING.
