      RECRUITING MISSION, FORMER SUCCESSFUL RECRUITERS WITH AN     
      8411 AMOS ARE ENCOURAGED TO VOLUNTEER FOR A RETURN TOUR ON     
      RECRUITING.    
      2.  INCENTIVES:    
         A.  RETURN TOURS WILL BE A STANDARD THREE YEARS FOLLOWING    
      COMPLETION OF SCHOOL.  MARINES MAY BE ALLOWED TO APPLY FOR AN    
      EXTENSION BEYOND THREE YEARS ONCE THEY ARE SIX MONTHS FROM THE END    
      OF THEIR TOUR.  MARINES WILL BE AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO REQUEST    
      A LAT MOVE TO CAREER RECRUITER (8412).    
         B.  IAW THE REF, THE REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND RECRUITER SCHOOL CAN    
      BE WAIVED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS BY CMC (MCRC). POC TO REQUEST A    
      WAIVER IS MGYSGT FORD, (703) 432-9640 OR EMAIL AT    
      FORDPE@MCRC.USMC.MIL.    
         C.  FOLLOWING SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THEIR RECRUITING    
      TOUR, MARINES WILL RECEIVE A DUTY STATION OPTION PER THE REF.    
         D.  MARINES MAY COMPETE FOR MERITORIOUS PROMOTION.    
      3.  ELIGIBILITY:    
         A.  MARINES MUST HAVE COMPLETED A SUCCESSFUL TOUR ON RECRUITING    
      AND POSSESS THE AMOS OF 8411.    
         B.  THEY MUST BE QUALIFIED IAW THE RECRUITING SCREENING CHECKLIST    
      AND FINANCIAL WORKSHEET CONTAINED IN THE REF.    
         C.  THEY MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OBLIGATED SERVICE UPON    
      COMPLETION OF RECRUITERS SCHOOL OR BE WILLING TO REENLIST TO ENSURE    
      THEY HAVE THIS OBLIGATED SERVICE.    
      4.  SUBMISSION PROCESS:    
         A.  ANY MARINE WHO MEETS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA SET FORTH IN    
      PARAGRAPH THREE OF THIS MARADMIN SHALL FIRST COMPLETE THE CHECKLIST    
      CONTAINED IN THE REF WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THEIR UNIT CAREER    
      RETENTION SPECIALIST, AND SUBMIT SDA REQUEST VIA TFRS TO CMC    
      (MMEA-85).    
         B.  THE MARINE'S RECORD WILL BE REVIEWED AT CMC (MMEA) AND FINAL    
      APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL WILL BE BASED ON OVERALL NEEDS OF THE MARINE    
      CORPS.    
         C.  COMMANDS WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF APPROVAL OR    
      DISAPPROVAL VIA TFRS.  THOSE MARINES APPROVED WILL RECEIVE ORDERS TO    
      RECRUITERS SCHOOL OR A RECRUITING STATION VIA THE WEB ORDERS SYSTEM.    
      5.  THE MARINE CORPS RECRUITING EFFORT VIRTUALLY ENSURES OUR    
      EXISTENCE BY ACTIVELY SOLICITING THOSE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN WHO    
      BECOME MARINES.  BY SOLICITING, ENCOURAGING, AND ALLOWING FORMER    
      EXPERIENCED RECRUITERS TO RETURN TO RECRUITING DUTY, THE MARINE    
      CORPS WILL CONTINUE TO MEET TODAY'S CHALLENGES.//
