  RMKS/1. THE EOPMC IS DESIGNED TO PREPARE THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
  REPRESENTATIVE (EOR) OF LARGE ORGANIZATIONS WITH THE NECESSARY SKILLS TO
  MANAGE THE EO PROGRAM FOR THE CMDR.  THE SIX-WEEK COURSE CONSISTS OF
  TOPICS ON HOW EO ISSUES IMPACT COHESION AND TEAMWORK, MISSION
  ACCOMPLISHMENT, AND COMBAT READINESS.  IT ALSO PROVIDES INCREASED AWARENESS
  AND UNDERSTANDING OF EO ISSUES AND EO POLICY.  THE TRAINING METHODOLOGY IS
  INTERACTIVE LECTURES, VIDEO PRESENTATION FOLLOWED BY DISCUSSIONS, CASE
  STUDY AND SCENARIO SOLVING, AND FACILITATED ACTION PLANNING.
  2.  THE DATES FOR THE CY 2002 EOPMC ARE:

  3.  INDIVIDUALS REQUESTING SEATS MUST SUBMIT THEIR REQUEST VIA THEIR
  CHAIN OF COMMAND TO THEIR EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ADVISOR (EOA).  THE EOA
  WILL SUBMIT THE REQUEST TO CMC (MPE) FOR REGISTRATION.  THE
  FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ON EACH REQUEST TO BE CONSIDERED
  FOR A COURSE SEAT:  NAME; RANK; SSN; COMPLETE DUTY MAILING ADDRESS;
  DSN AND COMMERCIAL DUTY PHONE NUMBER; AND GENDER (FOR BILLETING
  PURPOSES).  CMC (MPE) WILL NOTIFY THE EOA OF THE INDIVIDUALS
  SELECTED TO ATTEND THE EOPMC.
  4.  FUNDING FOR ATTENDEES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATTENDEE'S COMMAND
  AND ATTENDEES SHOULD BRING SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO DEFRAY EXPENSES.
  5.  BILLETING WILL BE ARRANGED BY DEOMI.  ATTENDEES MUST REPORT NET
  1500 AND NLT 2400 ON THE REPORT DATE TO THE SPACE COAST INN, PATRICK
  AFB.  DEPARTURE SHOULD NOT BE ARRANGED PRIOR TO 1800 ON THE OUT-           
             PROCESS DATE.  ATTENDEES WILL NEED THE ALPHA UNIFORM, SUMMER SERVICE
  "C", AND CAMOUFLAGE UTILITIES.
  6.  TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATTENDEE.  IF
  TRAVELING BY AIR, RECOMMEND ARRIVING INTO MELBOURNE OR ORLANDO,
  FL.  AUTHORIZATION FOR A RENTAL CAR IS RECOMMENDED AS ADVANTAGEOUS
  DUE TO LOCATION OF LODGING AND EATING ESTABLISHMENTS.//
