Eat Right, Baby 2


Researcher Julie Mennella of the Monell Chemical Senses Center says babies had ways to express their dislike of certain foods, although moms didn’t notice.

They would lower their brows during feeding, or raise them. They would wrinkle their noses. They would squint and they would gape. Although infants ate more green beans after they were repeatedly exposed to this food for eight days, mothers were unaware of this difference.’’ (16 seconds)
