The heart and a bowl of cereal

Luc Djoussé of Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital says people who ate more whole grain cereal had a greater reduction in their risk.

"Cereal intake of seven or more times per week was associated with a 28 percent reduction of heart failure risk compared with no consumption of cereal. And the risk reduction was 22 percent and 14 percent for people consuming two to six servings per week, and up to one serving per week, respectively." (20 seconds)
