Public Notice NWP-2008-195 describes a proposal by LS Ranch to build a concrete apron and fish passage structure in the North Fork of the Crooked River off Oregon State Highway 380 east of Prineville, Ore.

The purpose of the proposed project is to accommodate a seasonal flashboard dam for improved irrigation water delivery and fish passage.
