PORTLAND, Ore. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has completed a revision of the Dexter Lake Shoreline Management Plan which is now available for public review.

The draft document can be downloaded from the Willamette Valley Project Web site at https://www.nwp.usace.army.mil/op/V/dexter_plan.asp. Members of the public may also request a hard copy of the document by calling (541) 942-5631.

Written comments regarding the plan revision will be accepted between Feb. 12 and March 16.

Comments may be submitted by mail or e-mail as described on the Web site.

Corps regulations require periodic review and revision of Shoreline Management Plans in order to balance between the need for public access and natural resource protection. The Dexter Lake Shoreline Management Plan was last revised in October 1995.
