Fundamentals of the Computerized
Accident/Incident Reporting System
(CAIRS)

This 3 1/2 hour workshop provides participants with an overview of CAIRS. During the workshop participants will access the database and see how it is used to collect, process, and analyze DOE accident information. The session will provide basic information on the many input and output capabilities of CAIRS including accessing standard reports and logs, performing data searches, generating various statistical reports, using electronic reporting features.

Prerequisites: Attendance is limited to DOE and DOE contractor employees with current recordkeeping and reporting responsibilities.
