The Department of Energy (DOE) summary reports incorporate data from all DOE federal and contractor organizations, including NNSA organizations. Although the database containing this information is constantly being updated or revised, these reports represent only a snapshot in time of DOE's performance. The most current information available can be obtained by accessing the CAIRS database.

( 1 ) The 2003 - January through March issue represents a new design to the quarterly publication.  Injury/Illness 
data are presented in additional detail to reflect changes in organization structure and to meet the needs of the 
data users.  The name of the report has been changed to distinguish the current report format from previous editions.  
Additional changes are planned for subsequent quarterly reports.
