Iraq Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Acquisition and Transportation Business Rules
Purpose: To provide a centralized reference location for approved Iraqi Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition and transportation business rules. These business rules were established in part to insure the administrative processes to provide FMS support to the Iraqi Government are accurately and timely executed.

Applicability: Applies to the acquisition and transportation workforce and other stakeholders engaged in Iraq FMS processes. It is intended that these business rules be considered and applied early in the case development process and incorporated into the FMS contract and/or delivery order terms and conditions.
