Program Description
The purpose of the program is to promote the stability and security
of American Indian tribes/Alaskan Native and families by protecting American
Indian/Alaskan Native children and preventing the separation of American
Indian/Alaskan Native families. Furthermore, the grants provides assistance
to Indian tribes in the operation of child and family service
programs.
General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a Native
American/American Indian or Alaskan Native and you or a family member must
be enrolled in a federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaskan
Native village.
