Program Description
The purpose of the program is to encourage and promote the
development of American Indian and Alaska Native arts and
crafts
General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a Native
American/American Indian interested in the development of American Indian
and Alaskan Native arts and crafts, and you or your family member must be
enrolled in a federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaskan Native
village.
