      How do I make an appointment?

The Ophthalmology Clinic is a referral clinic for patients above one year of age. Primary Care Managers or Specialty Care Providers submit referrals to the Ophthalmology clinic where they are reviewed to determine if required services are available. Routine referrals are scheduled by a contracted appointment system (TriWest). TriWest will contact the patient with an appointment. Established patients can make follow-up appointments by calling the Ophthalmology Clinic at 333-5146.

      How do I get my eye medication renewed?

Patients who need their eye medications renewed can call the Ophthalmology Clinic at 333-5146.

      Services provided
  • Examination of the eye and surrounding tissues by American Board of Ophthalmology Certified Ophthalmologists. Commonly treated conditions include glaucoma, diabetes, dry eye, and iritis. All conditions are evaluated and referred to subspecialists as required.
  • Surgical treatment of cataract, strabismus, pterygium, corneal and oculoplastic disorders.
  • Laser treatment of glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy.
  • Laser refractive surgery (laser vision correction) for active duty service members.
  • Diagnostic testing and documentation including visual field testing, internal and external ophthalmic photography, ocular coherence tomography testing, and wide range of ancillary services (color vision, depth perception, etc.)
