This Web site is intended to help you understand the importance of Work-for-Others to your funding portfolio and to guide you through the new eWFO process. The information requested, including the project statement of work (SOW), is required by DOE-Oak Ridge Operations and Oak Ridge National Laboratory as part of the approval and review process for implementing a contract within the boundaries of the ORNL Prime Contract with DOE and as such is not something that can avoided. The process works best if you provide the MST WFO staff with the complete information requested.
