Pandemic Influenza Preparedness PlanThe new draft DSHS Pandemic Influenza Preparedness Plan provides guidance to local health departments for working with their community leaders, discussion of the allocation and distribution of vaccines and antivirals, updated designs for mass vaccination clinics, and information for health care providers and the public. The plan complements both the revised World Health Organization plan and the U.S. Health and Human Services plan. This draft expands the August 2004 DSHS Pandemic Influenza Plan and contains input from stakeholders from throughout Texas.
