| The Act requires 10% of enrolled children to be children with disabilities. Is there a timeframe on this? We screen and assess children so that many children are determined to have disabilities throughout the year, but not necessarily from day one.Comment: If it were determined that from the first day of class 10% of kids must be children with disabilities by the end of the year the possibility exists that some classrooms would be exclusive instead of inclusive which can also be a non-compliance finding.
