| I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly. If a family of 2 income exceeds the $14,000 poverty income guideline. I am to multiply 130% X $14,000 which equals to $18,200. As long as the family income does not exceep $18,200, the child is eligible to participate in the Head Start/Early Head Start program. No more than 35% of children can be accepted using this method.
