| In the Head Start Reauthorization (PL 110-134) regarding staff qualifications and training, it clearly indicates that Head Start teachers MUST attend 15 hours of professional development each year. Is this also a requirement for EARLY HEAD START teachers? I could not find any definitive, written answer to this question.
