| I am on a review this week and need a policy clarification on home visits conducted by the educational staff. The standards are very clear that teachers must conduct two home visits during the year that the child is enrolled. The clarification that I'm looking for is if there is a time line for them. In other words, does one need to be done in the first half of the school year and the second one in the second half of the year or can they be done at any time. Second question is whether the program needs to have a written policy that states when the visits need to be conducted.Thanks for your help.
