| After head start monitoring, can a center quickly go back to the violations they were sited for? For example, I was Hired because this one was sited for 4 things and the main one was that they did not employee a Mental Health Manager, they hired me, a LPC until after they were reviewed again, then they let me go. They told a co-manager that I was only hired for that reason, they did not feel a mental health person was necessary for such small children. Sure enough after monitoring I was fired for reporting that they were not in compliance to the head start board in Texas. Thanks for your time,How do I report this?
