| I have a grandson who lives in Highland Springs, Virginia (Zip Code-23075-1742), who will be 4-years old next month (January 2009) and we (my family) can not find a Headstart Program for him to attend. His mother (my daughter) is a single parent of two small children ( the other child being 1-year old) would benefit greatly if she could get the 4- year old into the program. The City of Richmond is near by and has numerous Headstart schools, however, we are told that they would not be able to accept my grandson because he lives outside of the city. Is there anyway you can help us get him into one of their Headstart locations, either by intervening on our behalf or by helping us to obtain a voucher or grant in which the city would allow him to use in order to attend one of their schools.I thank you in advance for your assistance,Mr. Ernal G.
