My question is concerning the Reauthorization on Education Coordinators. It states that they must have their Bachelors by 2013. I understand that this gives current employees time to finish up their BA. My question is if I am hiring a new Education Coordinator right now do they have to have the BA at the time of hire or still be given the time to 2013 to complete their BA?Thank you for any clarificationrobyn antonucciAssistant DirectorHCAP Oahu Head Start
