Does the "clock" for 45 and 90 day mandates get reset if a child drops and then re-enrolls? For example, a child enters the program on 9/1 then drops on 9/10. The same child re-enrolls at another classroom and enters on 9/25. Does this child's 45 and 90 day mandates start from 9/1 or from 9/25? If it starts from 9/1 do the days between 9/1 and 9/10 count towards the 45/90 days? What about if a child drops then re-enrolls at a childcare partner classroom (which has an mou with the grantee)? Does the 45/90 day "clock" reset if a child moves from a directly operated classroom to a parnter operated classroom?
