There was a nomination for a parent who is the daughter in law to a governing board member. However, they have legally divorced, but they still live together and ‘are together.’ Is the parent eligible for policy council, based on her relationship with a governing board member. We have another similar situation as well. There is a policy council member who is the step-mother of a governing board member however is not legally married to the father. Is this parent eligible for policy council based on the relationship with the governing board member?
