Solicitation Information

All potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies must register in CCR and FedBizOpps  in order to view or download solicitations from FedBizOpps. Solicitations will be listed on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and FedBizOpps with links to the solicitation documents and other technical data

Upcoming Projects (including Presolictation Notices, Solicitation Notices, Modification Notices, Tech Data Packages, etc.)
FedBizOpps has listings of projects which are going to be advertised -- go to https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=list&tab=list for the latest listings.  You can put "Engineer District, Seattle " in the "Keywords/SOL #:" box to get to Seattle District listings only.  Putting "W912DW" in the QuickSearch box also seems to provide a listing of open actions (https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&tab=list&mode=list&_qsc=procurement_notice&_qs=W912DW&cck=1&au=&ck)

Downloading a solicitation at FedBizOpps does not automatically get you notifications of updates for public solicitations.  To get automatic notifications of updates to this solicitation, you MUST be logged in and click the "Add to Watchlist" button in the listing for this solicitation on FedBizOpps.  If you want to list your firm so others can see you are an interested vendor, you must click the "Add me to Interested Vendors List" button in the listing for this solicitation on FedBizOpps and fill in your information; you can show Prime/Sub/Supplier in one of the address or POC lines. You can register for as many solicitations as you wish. If you want both notifications and being listed as an interested vendor, you must do both.

Problems downloading?  Your browser may be blocking file downloads.  You may want to add https://www.fbo.gov/ to the "Trusted Sites" for your browser or remember to check for security alerts (usually at the top of your browser screen).

Currently Available Solicitations
A listing of Seattle District solicitations currently available for downloading is available from ASFI site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/sol_list.cfm?pContractOfcID=165. Follow the "attachments" link at the bottom of the ASFI solicitation page to find the download information. Solicitiations appear for five days after the closing date or date solicitation was cancelled.

Award Notices
FedBizOpps has listings of awards -- see https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=list&tab=list for the latest listings.  You can put "Engineer District, Seattle " in the "Keywords/SOL #:" box to get to Seattle District listings only, then click on the "Type" header for Awards to show on top.  Notices are shown for 30 days after posting, then archived. There are also search capabilities from the "Advanced Search" link (you can find all award notices by clicking the "both" button for seaching search active/archived/both records).

Award Reports
The Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) at www.fpds.gov provides access to the public for seeing what the government purchased.  Registration is free. Data for DoD agencies, including this office, is not visible for 90 days after the date of the award or contract action.
