Missouri Utility Rate Assistance

• Laclede announced that effective November 1, 2007 its Low- Income Energy Affordability Program will be funded at a total annual level of up to $600,000 plus one third of the carry-over balance remaining from prior program years. Laclede will provide customers with bill credits and/or match their monthly arrearage payments.
