Minnesota State Funds

  • State Emergency Assistance for Energy payments, distributed through MN Department of Human Services, at the county level. Payments are made to energy vendors on behalf of TANF, GA and MSA clients
  • State housing agency funds for energy-related repair service, weatherization materials and heating equipment installed free of charge to low-income homeowners.

  • Fee assessed to liquid propane and oil distributers provides heating system repair and replacement for LIHEAP eligible households who heat with oil and/or propane.
