Attached please find a copy of the Notice of Availability of FY2003 discretionary funds to be awarded to public or private non-profit agencies, including faith-based and community-based organizations and public agencies, for the Refugee Family Enrichment Program. This announcement has been published in the Federal Register and on the ORR web site at:

The application deadline is July 10, 2003. Accordingly, all applications must be delivered
