Attached please find a copy of the Notice of Availability of FY 2002 Social Services Discretionary Funds for two of the four Categories of the ORR Standing Announcement for Services to Recently Arrived Refugees published in the Federal Register on June 4, 2002 (67 FR 38506). They are Category 2 - Unanticipated Arrivals and Category 4 - Ethnic Community Self-Help.
The closing date for applications is July 5, 2002.
