Engineering
and Construction Expertise
Little Rock District has a proud history of providing communities, other
federal agencies, organizations and the military in our region and our
nation with outstanding design and construction work.
We have
worked for cities to assist with local flood reduction projects, with
organizations to develop habitat improvement projects, with the military
to develop projects that house, train and improve the quality of life
of our soldiers, sailors and airmen.
Responsible
Offices
Engineering and design work is handled out of the district's Engineering
and Construction Division. This technical division is fully staffed
with employees who are experienced in solving problems and developing
designs that are environmentally friendly and consistently meet or exceed
the customer's needs. Our engineering technicians, architects, civil,
structural, cost, electrical and hydraulic engineers as well as the
support staff are ready some of the best in the Corps.
Engineering
and Construction Division can be reached at (501) 324-5567.
The district's

activities in the field except for civil Operations and Maintenance
work. The office oversees military construction projects at the Pine
Bluff Arsenal and Fort Chaffee project offices and the Air Force Base
Resident Office as well as the civil works construction projects at
Table Rock Dam Safety Resident Office, the Montgomery Point Resident
Office and the Powerhouse Rehabilitation Project Office.
The Central
Arkansas Area Office and the Air Force Base Resident Office are co-located
