SELA-27 - Uptown Louisiana Avenue - Claiborne to Constance
Contract consists of constructing 7,300 linear feet of three single-barreled reinforced culverts along Louisiana Avenue.

The work consists of constructing approximately 7,300 linear feet of three single-barreled reinforced concrete culverts (useable area of 14 by 8 ft, 10 by 8 ft, and 8 by 6 ft) under the median along Louisiana Avenue, from South Claiborne Avenue to Constance Street. The new culvert will tie in to the existing culvert at South Claiborne Avenue designed and built under SELA authority and the existing box culvert at Constance Street.
