U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, is a civil works district with our primary focus being dredging and diking. Additionally, contracting carries out other types of missions for the Charleston District such as various construction projects, A-E services, services, and requirements procured under the simplified acquisition threshold. For supplies and services $2,500.00 or less, the IMPACT (VISA) card is our primary method of purchasing. For items between $2,500.00 and $100,000.00, electronic data interchange (edI) is the primary method of procurement. All actions over $100,000.00 are advertised in the FedBizOpps.
