Interagency Coordinating Committee (ICC)
The 2004 reauthorization of NEHRP directed that senior leadership for NEHRP be provided by a new ICC that consists of the directors of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Institute of Standards and Technology, National Science Foundation, Office of Science and Technology Policy, Office of Management and Budget, and U.S. Geological Survey. As stipulated in the reauthorization, the NIST Director chairs the ICC.
