Customer Comment Card Program Headquarters POC: Recreation Management Support Program Program Summary Procedures Archive Recreation Areas: Survey tools and procedures for FY08-09 Visitor Centers: Survey tools and procedures for FY08-09 Comment Card Image Files Data / Results Archive General Guidelines for conducting comment card surveys in 2008-2009: Beginning in 2008 the requirements for conducting Comment Card surveys have been adjusted to make it mandatory for projects to conduct surveys only every third year - the surveys will be optional in 2008 and 2009 and mandatory in 2010. See this memorandum for details. For those projects choosing to do surveys in 2008 the procedures will be identical to last year. No changes have been made to the comment card or the survey schedule generator. Important Notes: Comment card tools for the FY07-08 survey have been moved to the Procedures Archive. To enter any remaining data collected during the FY07-08 survey year, click on Procedures Archive above, then select tools for the FY07-08 survey year and following the links to data entry. The last day to enter data collected as part of the FY07-08 survey year is 30 June 2008. After this date, the FY06-07 data entry tools will be taken offline and the FY08-09 data entry tools will be brought online.
