The Walter Reed Auxiliary (WRA) offers the opportunity for fun and friendship, for networking and sharing, as well as a chance to support our hospital and its patients.

We sponsor social and fundraising events for the entire group, as well as informal coffee groups which meet in Maryland and Virginia. We currently also sponsor a playgroup for young mothers and their children, and a book group. Your input is vital to getting additional groups up and running.

WRA has donated thousands of dollars to the Walter Reed hospital, the Red Cross, Army Community Service, the Chaplains’ Fund, the Fisher Houses, the National Military Family Association, and many more worthwhile military associations.
