2. (11-18-1008) The Final Report on U.S. Portfolio Holdings of Foreign Securities at end-year 2007 was released on October 31, 2008.



3. (8-15-2008) More detailed data on banking liabilities and on banking claims were released on August 15, 2008. The data are in NEW sections at the top of those two webpages. The new data provide additional information on bank-reported liabilities and claims for all foreigners, including details of items included in lines 26-29 of the monthly press release. The data series available by country were unchanged.



4. The Final Report on Foreign Portfolio Holdings of U.S. Securities at end-June 2007 was released on April 30, 2008.



5. Revised estimates on asset backed securities (ABS) prepayments dating from July 2006 - February 2008, were released on April 30, 2008. The estimates are based on data from the survey of Foreign Portfolio Holdings of U.S. Securities at end-June 2007.
