CADET CANDIDATES:

Before using this form, please visit the USMA Admissions site at http://www.admissions.usma.edu. The Office of Admissions handles thousands of mails daily; while the office will respond to your mail, you might be able to save yourself time by perusing the site - it is very comprehensive and chances are good you will find the answer to your questions there.

Be sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) as it has the most up to date information about:

• the admissions process to the Military Academy
• Official Candidate Visits
• the Summer Leader Seminar (for high school juniors going into their senior year)
• Academic and other programs at the Military Academy

Official Transcripts/Records:

Transcripts: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept online/email requests for transcripts or records. The procedure for requesting transcripts is found here.

Please note that requests for transcripts via this web form will NOT receive a reply.

Diplomas/Class Ranking and related info: The Registrar's Office (ORD) will be able to assist with your requests. Please check that option on the form below. Other USMA offices will not be able to respond to requests for this information.

requests for media and copyrighted materials:

The Public Affairs Office handles these requests, and may be able to best answer questions regarding the use of images, and other media used on the websites within the USMA family of web sites.

Contacting individuals at West Point:

Please do not use this form to contact specific individuals at the Academy. We are unable to assist visitors in locating either assigned or previously assigned personnel.
