The Arizona/Nevada Real Estate office provides comprehensive real estate support services for U.S. Military and Civil Works flood control and restoration projects.  Customers may request such services as relocation assistance, appraisals, planning, leasing and acquisition and disposal support.  The geographic area of responsibility encompasses the entire state of Arizona and southern Nevada in Clark County.

Of critical importance is the execution of the Armed Forces Recruiting program for the Navy, Air Force, Army and Marines.  The staff manages 167 recruiting stations throughout Arizona and southern Nevada.  They manage over 90,800 square feet and have distributed more than $3.1 million in annual lease payments to date.

Air Force customers include Nellis, Creech and Davis Monthan.  Services are also provided to Army installations at Fort Irwin, Calif., and in Arizona, Fort Huachuca, Camp Navajo, including Army Reserve Centers and the Yuma Proving Ground.

The USACE Real Estate staff is trained and ready to support deployed military forces and they are prepared to assist the nation during natural disaster emergencies.  Staff members have provided real estate support in numerous military theaters of operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Balkans.
