SPD-RBC WebDesk Instructions
In order to access SPD-RBC WebDesk from a home computer, DoD certificates must be installed on to your Internet Explorer.
STEP 1: Click here for instructions on installing DoD certificates (92.3KB PDF)
STEP 2: Follow instructions and download certifitcates into a temporarary directory (Right-mouse click on the files below, and select Save Target As... from the drop-down menu)
STEP 3: Launch SPD-RBC WebDesk STEP 4: Install MetaFrame Presentation Server Client plug-in (located on WebDesk login screen) STEP 5: Restart Internet Explorer and re-launch WebDesk again from STEP 3. Enter your Corps-provided username and password. The domain is SPD. Once all the components are installed, you can go directly to WebDesk from STEP 3 or use the link provided under the Quick Links section on the front page - www.spl.usace.army.mil
