PROMIS Comment Number 23Located on a series of alluvial fans of the San Bernardino and San Gabriel Mountains. The City and the surrounding areas have been experiencing high water table causing flooding of buildings and public facilities which in some cases have rendered these facilities unusable. In addition, water quality problems and high water table have resulted in degradation of local habitat. Local interests seek solution to these problems that will provide and maximize the flood control and environmental restoration opportunities.
