Project Synopsis

24-Feb-2005 -- Description
The proposed project is located along San Timoteo Creek, upstream of Alessandro Road between Creekside Lane and San Timoteo Canyon Rdoad, within southern boundary of the City of Redlands, CA, approximately 60 miles east of Los Angeles. The purpose of this project is develop a planned open space and habitat area, with conjuctive elements for recreation uses (trails) in the future. The proposed restoration would increase riparian vegetation, restore aesthetic values to the surrounding habitat, support a higher diversity and density of wildlife associated with wetland ecosystem, enhance structural diversity and quality of wetland, enhance aquatic resources for fish and aquatic invertebrates.
