Warning! Exercise is good for you.

ImageExercise may cause some extreme changes in your life.  You will experience a reduced risk in heart disease, stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stress related illness, etc.  Exercise will also increase weight loss, strength, energy, happiness, self-esteem, and longevity of life…a happy healthy life!

With consistent exercise, you should start seeing results in about 1 to 2 weeks.

In case you may be wondering, the Wellness Center is located on the 14th floor of the headquarters building and has everything you need to get you the right Exercise dosage:  Indoor Cycling, Abs and Back, Tai Chi and Yoga classes.  There are also treadmills, ellipticals, cross trainers, free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, etc.
 
The best thing of all is it is all free!  So even if you don’t have health insurance you can still afford it.
